This is an image of a signature, not a certified electronic signature.
How it works
- 1
Make your signature
Draw it with a finger or mouse, type your name and pick a handwriting style, or photograph your signature on paper. The background is removed for you.
- 2
Download or place it
Download a transparent PNG for Word, Google Docs or Canva. Or open a PDF or a photo of a document and place the signature on it.
- 3
Adjust, then download
Move and resize it, add the date and your printed name, initial every page, then download the signed document.
Common questions
No. Making the signature, opening the PDF, placing it and downloading the result all happen in the browser on your device. Your files are never sent anywhere, including to us.
This is an image of your signature, like a scanned signature pasted onto a page. It is not a certified electronic signature from a certification authority (in Indonesia, a PSrE), and this tool does not make stamps or e-Meterai. Many people accept documents signed this way for everyday paperwork. If yours requires a certified signature or an e-Meterai, check with whoever asked for it.
Both are common. Many people pick blue so an original is easy to tell apart from a photocopy. If whoever asked for the document has a rule, follow it. Otherwise, pick the color of the pen you usually use.
Yes. Place your initials on one page, set the position and size, then choose Place on every page. Each copy can still be moved or deleted on its own.
Not from us, since nothing is uploaded. The limit is your device's memory. Pages render as you scroll, so a PDF with hundreds of pages still opens, though a very large file can feel slow on a phone. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first.
Once the page is open, nothing is sent to a server, so a dropped connection won't lose your work. The PDF reader and the handwriting fonts download the first time you use them, so open a document or the Type tab once while you're online.
Only if you turn on Save in this browser. Signatures are then kept in this browser on this device, three at most, and you can delete them any time. Otherwise everything is gone when you close the page.
